- Related to our client’s major e-commerce store and platform:

Qualifications
- 8+ years of work experience in service repair, last 3+ years in smartphone repair and service
- 3+ years working experience in online and hotline service roles
- 3+ years of offline (service repair) roles; can build up service repair centers
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent English fluency
