Requirements
- Related to our client’s major e-commerce store and platform:
-- Lead service strategy portfolio plan
-- Service product design and implementation
-- Daily service issue management
-- Hot line and social management
-- Voc management
-- Return management
-- Bad comments management
-- DOA management
-- Service network(repair) program

Qualifications
- 8+ years of work experience in service repair, last 3+ years in smartphone repair and service
- 3+ years working experience in online and hotline service roles
- 3+ years of offline (service repair) roles; can build up service repair centers
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent English fluency
