Position Title: Senior Wireless Service Product Engineer

Responsibilities:
- Provide advanced wireless/RAN project support on the worldwide wireless projects.
- In charge of hardware installation supervision, software commissioning, system integration, and acceptance test with customers. Also troubleshooting during commissioning, integration and acceptance.
- Act as a team leader to assist PM with wireless team organization setup, resource planning and tasks allocation; to setup RAN work processes and supervise project RAN part, ensure the network performance complies with contract.
- Write guidelines for radio network integration projects.
Qualifications/Skills required:
- Bachelor degree or Master in Telecommunications, Electronics, Electrical, or related area.
- Min. 10 years of RAN project engineering experience.
- Familiar/excellent in the fundamentals of GSM, UMTS+HSPA or WiMAX/LTE systems.
- Familiar with / excellent in multi vendors’ wireless equipment operation and wireless network optimization.
- Worked as at least RAN Team Leader, familiar with Technical and Project Management.
- Excellent team spirit with good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experienced with Huawei, Ericsson, NSN, and/or ZTE equipment.
- Able to work well in a fast-paced environment; experience working with cross-cultural teams preferred.
- Good written and spoken English skills.
