Summary- This Scope of Work defines the specific support needed and requirements for RAN Software and Hardware Validation. Our team is looking for an individual contributor on a team of RAN subject matter experts.
- Responsible for collaborating with A&P RAN, FNP and PMO organizations to help develop RAN engineering guidance.
- Strong focus on providing solutions and engineering best practices to local market and external engineering organizations.
- Responsible for a variety of activities related to field testing, development of engineering guidelines and recommendations of new Software and Hardware RAN components for UMTS and LTE systems.
- Responsible for the development of network deployment strategies and product roadmaps.
- Requires strong communication skills both verbally and written, ability to work in cross organizational team environment.
- Plans, organizes and reports on work projects and resources.
- Maintains webpage for responsible projects for field testing and updates markets and other national teams with latest progress on projects.
- Assists manager and executive management at both national and local market levels with implementation and development of strategies and guidelines.
- Remains current with industry trends and technologies.
- Monitors network performance during field testing and provides recommendations for improvements.
- Drives vendors and other team members and ensures no KPI degradation is let into the network by the introduction of new features and functionalities.
- Actively communicates with other team members and seeks assistance and guidance for issues that can impact network performance.
- Ensures compliance with government regulations and system specifications.

- Expert in fALU RAN parameters and optimization
- Expert on LTE fALU
- Other thing would be ... good understanding of fALU LTE Software
- At least 2 years of working hands on experience with fALU LTE Software
