I am urgently recruiting for Project Manager/Programme Manager with experience delivering Cisco Contact Centre (IPCC) projects/programmes.
The role will be based in Amsterdam and will require the following:
A wealth of experience delivering IPCC Contact Centre programmes with a clear focus on delivering telco solutions, wfm, IVR CRM,Voice Recording, ACD).
This position is a key hire in a fast paced programme team and will require somebody with an exceptional desire to succeed.
Must be able to demonstrate delivery of contact centre solutions which has involved many integrations and more than 2,000 + agents preferable dealing with on and off shore resources.
