PMO Planner, Programme Planner, MS Project, Telecoms, 6+ Months, London, £400-£600My client, a large Telco's firm, is searching for a PMO Planner / Programme Planner to join them immediately on a large scale Transformation programme. This is an immediate role where the successful candidate will need to start ideally on the 23rd-30th May.
The successful PMO Planner / Programme Planner will be responsible for ensuring the key strategic priorities are properly planned in sufficient detail to enable communications, risk management, confidence in achievability, and a proper early warning system in the case of plan deviation.
The successful PMO Analyst / PMO Planner will ideally have experience within the Telco's / Telecoms industry and need to have a solid experience with:
*Accuracy of programme plan and phase plans
*Active forecasting of deliverability of plan
*Proactive identification of risks arising from delivery forecasts and known and newly discovered dependencies
*Consulting functional governors on planning approach and external dependencies
*Planning methodology to be used by programme
*Active monitoring of external dependencies on behalf of programme director
*Active management of schedule Risk and Issues
*Quality of plan information in stakeholder communications
