What will I be doing?
The aims of the initial project are as follows:
* Implement an umbrella and accountancy PSL
* Investigate all current umbrella companies to ensure compliance with all Laws and Regulations
* Communicate changes to business leaders and implement changes
Thereafter:
* Compliance with Contract Terms and agreed Service Levels:
o Compliance with set processes for meeting Service Level and contractual requirements, keeping all activity up to date on tracking system whilst in progress and on completion
* Compliance & Monitoring:
o Monitor compliance with company policy and best practice in admin process, Conduct Regulations and Age Discrimination across the Group, making adjustments where necessary
o Manage Conduct Regulation queries as they arise and review and assess MSC risk where Contractor and/or Third Party checklists indicate further investigation is required
*Contract Negotiation:
o Review and respond to Contractor and Client requests to change our standard terms, recording amendments appropriately within the contract
o Identify and implement processes for meeting client service levels and contractual activities, communicating to Recruitment team where contractual undertakings have an impact the recruitment process.
* Training:
o Train sales consultants and admin staff on initiatives such as standard contract terms, MSC legislation and data protection etc. as and when required
What we're looking for:
* Previous experience of pre-screening candidates and contractors
* Knowledge on Legislation and Regulations which affect the recruitment industry (desirable, not essential)
* An ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team
* An interest in reviewing terms and learning and applying knowledge of the issues and Legislation which impact the recruitment industry
