Your tasks:
- Clarify talent requirement with the hiring manager
- Source urgent requirement for our project finance team through multiple channels and back office support
- Clarify key talent distribution and formulate and update talent map with our project requirement team
- Working within deadlines in order to achieve recruitment KPI
- Arrange interviews and all recruitment processes with the project team and internal HR team
Your qualifications
- Experience in End to End Recruitment and project based environment
- Recruitment experience in the finance sector is beneficial
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English
- Other European language skills are beneficial
