My client have an opening for an MEP Cost Planner to join their team on a contract basis initially for 6 months.
The client are based in London and provide specialist construction related services across commercial sectors within the UK. With a large current stream of work, they have the need for an additional MEP cost planner to join on a contract basis with the option to then become permanent.
This is a great opportunity to join a successful client.
Daily Rate is Dependent on experience.
Experience needed:
Provision of all cost support for MEP Building Services/construction elements to bid submissions
Negotiations with clients to establish the project budget
Produce accurate cost plans
Produce accurate estimates and support documentation
Review of live project and final account cost data
