Description

6 mo-1 year renewable contract possible right to hire for a help desk specialist with 1-5 years experience.

N. Charlotte - area - near Mooresville

The hours for this are 4, 10 hour days, such as Wed-Sun. or Sun-Wed, either 11-10pm or something on that range - and will include a weekend day. Ideal candidate will have an AAS Degree in IT or A+ or Net+ certification and 1 year help desk or call center experience.

The position is all phone support providing troubleshooting for Windows 7, MS Office Suite, Printer and PC connectivity issues.

Basic level 1 support for both hardware and software. Experience with software implementations, deployments or upgrades desired.

Experience troubleshooting iphones, ipads, or MACbooks highly desired. Must have strong customer service skills.

Any knowledge or training in Linux/Unix is highly desired, any Network or Cisco experience is also desired.

Local candidates only - Onsite interviews required.

Must be able to pass 20 year criminal background check
