NRSWA Liaison Officer - Streetworks

I am currently looking for a Fibre NRSWA Liaison Officer to work based in many different locations around the UK.
Role will be based in either London, Wales, South Midlands or Southern England.

Duties and Responsibilities
Responsibilities:

To ensure that the client is represented at all Statutory Meetings with the various Local Authorities under The New Roads and Street Works Act, 1991, in the area between Birmingham and the South Coast of England.
To ensure the good reputation of the client with Government departments, local authorities and customers is maintained

Candidate Skills and Requirements
Required skills:

5+ years' experience as a NRSWA officer/manager.
An in-depth knowledge of The New Roads and Street Works Act, 1991, and its ancillary legislation and the various Codes of Practice
Excellent negotiation and communication skills are required.
A knowledge of appropriate Highways Authorities personnel will be required
Confident, helpful, customer-oriented
The ability to work remotely and unsupervised is essential.
Proven ability of carrying out investigations into public liability claims.
Accreditation under the New Roads and Street Works Act, 1991.
