My client are leading providers within Banking and Payment technologies and they are currently seeking a Credit Underwriting Specialist to join on a contract basis in Edinburgh at a Retail Bank.
This is to join within the Credit Risk and Financial Crime business area.You must have a detailed understanding of credit underwriting processes, Fraud compliance and Money Laundering Regulations.
Essential Skills:
- Process mapping and documenting procedures
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Detailed understanding of credit underwriting systems eg Equifax, Experian, Call Credit, Transact SM
- Excellent verbal, communication and negotiating skill
- Understanding of fraud & AML compliance with specific emphasis on reviews within a retail banking environment
