Marketing & Sales Support Coordinator - Bracknell, Berkshire - Initial 12 month contract - £16.50 - £17.36 per hour

My client, a global manufacturing company are currently recruiting for a Marketing & Sales Support Administrator for an initial 12 month contract based in Bracknell

The role will deliver a variety of marketing and sales support activities.

Key job responsibilities will include:

- Work collaboratively with other divisions to on board and roll out the centralised model with minimal disruption
- Support the harmonisation of identified processes and be accountable for ongoing quality service delivery and first class customer interactions
- Balance subject matter expertise with multi skilling to ensure business continuity for the team
- Act as department support expert by providing interpretation, guidance and training co-workers on routine support duties, technical requirements, policy and procedures
- Take and share responsibility for service excellence, contributing to the success and growth

Skills/Experience:
- A strong customer service ethic
- The ability to work autonomously on own initiative and be a proactive team player
- Ability to multi task efficiently and prioritise effectively
- Good attention to detail
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Good MS Office skills
