Major international bank has embarked upon an exciting new journey to transform the business culture. The goal of this transformation is to create a sustainable and mature operational environment, across all Divisions and business domains to maintain our competitive advantage in the global markets.

The team consists of senior IT Transformation Consultants and Change Managers that operate in a dynamic environment and steer strategic and operational transformations. This dynamic environment fosters the spirit of knowledge sharing and provokes creative thinking to solve real business problems with our business partners.

Job purpose
The Transformation Advisor will be working on a major Transformation Program with the objective to improve working efficiency and transform the culture of the impacted division. He/she will be steering and implementing change management interventions that integrate strategic and process changes, technology solutions and people aspects as part of the transformation program.
You will focus on the people side of change and play a key role in ensuring the program and change initiatives meet objectives on time by increasing employee adoption and usage. The primary responsibility will be creating and implementing change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and usage and minimize resistance. You will work to drive faster adoption, higher ultimate utilization of and proficiency with the changes that impact our staff.
Moreover, you will act as a coach for senior leaders and executives in helping them fulfil the role of change sponsor or domain lead. You may also provide direct support and coaching to all levels of managers and team leaders as they help their direct reports through transitions. You will also support change managers in integrating change management activities into their plans.
Responsibilities:
Lead a domain of a major transformation program while ensuring stakeholder alignment, responsible for reporting
Ensure consistency and alignment of developed solutions across all work streams
Apply a change management process and tools to create a strategy to support adoption of the required changes required
Bring proven change management practices and best practices to help navigate this complex change journey
Assess the change impact and conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness
Identify and manage anticipated resistance
Enable stakeholders to manage the anticipated change efforts in line with agreed plans
Be a facilitator of change and operate to build trusted partner relationships
Ensure achieving of sustainable performance improvements within the organization through building greater capability for change within the impacted and impacting teams

Your Profile:

All-round consulting profile with a proven track record in delivering transformation and organizational change initiatives
Strong change management experience and ideally from ITIL stand point of view
Knowledge and experience either in management performance (people/management layers/performance related aspects) or in demand and supply/prioritization (ideally in IT environment)
Can act as a coach to senior leaders in helping them fulfil their role of change sponsor or domain lead but also provide direct support and coaching to all levels of managers and team leaders
Skilled in facilitation and workshop alignment and framing solutions
Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills - able to work effectively at all levels in an organization
A solid understanding of how people go through a change and the change process
Excellent communication (written and oral), influencing and interpersonal skills
Must be a team player and able to work in a collaborative way with and through others
