Our Client, one of the world's foremost IT companies, is looking to recruit a Customer Service Agent to join their Customer Service team based in Dublin. Our client is looking for an experienced Customer Service Agent to join their Education Sales team, so all candidates must have experience of dealing with customers by phone and email.
Candidates must be able to demonstrate that they meet some, if not all, of the following criteria:
Skills and Knowledge:
• Active and recent customer service experience, preferably in a busy customer driven environment
• Experience of working with multiple customers in a professional and timely manner.
• Polite and respectful telephone manner.
• Ideally experience of working on Helpdesk services.
• Experience of problem resolution.
• Able to work with a diverse team
Knowledge of the above needs to be in a busy professional customer driven environment.
