Connect44 are looking to fill the role of Customer Care Representative. It is on a contractual basis in the location of Reading. It is working on shift basis of 4 days on 4 days off - of 12 hours per shift.
The role is working for a leading Telecoms company and offers great opportunities to work for a globally recoginsed brand.
- All applicants must be located within a commutable distane of Reading.
ROLE:
- Taking calls and emails from end customers regarding faults on their network
- Log all tickers on the trouble ticketing systems fir engineers to pick up and start the fault resolution
- Ensure tickets are responded to within the set SLA's agreed between our client and end customers
