Description:
- This opening seeks an Electrical Engineer with a genuine interest in engineering change control processes, medical device manufacturing, problem solving, inspection and testing.
- Work focuses on working with senior engineers to execute engineering changes request, supplier change requests, test protocols, and failure analysis.
- This role will entail communicating with suppliers and working in cross functional in a Matrix organization. Approximately 40% to 60% of the time devoted to failure analysis of electromechanical and electrical components. The work will also include a great deal of coordination and communication with other disciplines, primarily sourcing, product surveillance, manufacturing and quality assurance.
Education:
- Candidate must have a Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering.
Experience:
- Ideal Candidate has 0-4 year's work experience.
Requirements:
- Candidate will be asked to participate in a background screening and selection review.
- Critical to success in this role is existing experience and interest in acquiring knowledge of:
- Oscilloscope and basic electrical measurement instruments.
- Troubleshoot electrical, elctro-mechanical, and mechanical components and systems
- Adhere to Good Documentation Practices
