Description
Company in Midtown is hiring a Senior Product Manager/Analyst for a 3-6 month contract to help drive the product management process creation and implementation, modify and review process and provide training and ongoing mentoring to all Product Team members. They will also support the creation of a three-year Product road map for each vertical tying into the Corporate strategy, be the guiding force to product teams and advisor on adoption and use of product management tools and techniques.
Skills, traits and talents required for success:
- Experience coaching and developing a team of 6+ Product Managers
- Extensive understanding and experience of Product Management in a Software environment
- Experience in company/team reskilling and transformation
- Extensive process knowledge from creation to implementation and enforcement
- Relationship builder and collaborator with a variety of departments to meet common objectives
- Ability to travel up to 15% of the time
