Role
We have an opportunity available for an Incident Manager to work on a project for our client in Stockholm, Sweden.
Required Skills
- Responsible for all IPC (Incident, Problem and Change) processes during operations and will drive the service integration function
- Understands standards and processes required for customer and implement/refine the processes
- Drives all incidents that occur
- Will coordinate with offshore IPC team for Change and Problem management activities
- Manage service support and service delivery activities in-line with ITIL best practices
- Identifies opportunities for service improvements and assist teams to execute service improvement initiatives
- Swedish speaker

Swedish and English
Contract
The initial contract duration is 3-6 months.
