My client a blue chip organisation in Belgium is looking to recruit a technical office 365 experieneced systems support analyst to be a point of call specialist for clients and interbnal staff based in their offices in Ghent
Requirements
Good and proven communication skills in a customer service environment
- Good knowledge needed of requirements
- Office 365 product (provisioning, troubleshooting)
- Powershell knowledge
- Domain names/DNS settings
- Microsoft hosting and/or Linux hosting
- MTA/LPI certificate or higher
- The position will be in charge of contact with the customer and troubleshooting technical issues.
- Knowledge of Dutch (native speaker) and English (professional level) is needed.
- French speaking skills are a nice to have.
