Your tasks:
- Stakeholder Management
- Coordination of regional organizational change management practitioners
- Development and implementation of Targeted Stakeholder Communication Plans
- Development and implementation of Targeted Stakeholder Change Management Plans
Your qualifications
- Project Management Certification, ITIL certification
- Profound experience in full life cycle of two or more Organizational Change Management projects in a complex matrix environment
- Excellent communication skills, stakeholder management skills, influencing and negotiating skills and flexibility required
- Significant experience in managing internal and external stakeholders, coordinating multiple work-streams and managing organization change
- Development and implementation of communication plans and change management plans and experience with PROSCI
- Strong analytical and interpersonal skills are required as critical success factor as is ability to negotiate and influence stakeholders
- Fluent in English
