SuccessFactors Project Manager - 6 months - HertfordshireMy client, based in Hertfordshire, are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Project Manager with experience on the Performance & Goals modules for Blue Chip Organisations.
This role will be initially for 6 months with extensions highly likely, my client will accept candidates with small notice periods.
Experience required:
- Extensive Project/Programme Management experience leading SAP SuccessFactors implementations. Experience of Performance & Goals is desirable.
- Experience managing large projects & project teams and a proven track record of delivering HR Transformation projects on a Global scale
- Excellent experience project managing the implementations of HCM SaaS Solutions. Ideally SAP SuccessFactors
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Extensive Stakeholder Management experience at all levels
