- The client is a major player in financial services. Working on a wider Operational Risk programme, the right candidate will be initiated as a Risk Oversight Manager supporting the management of material end to end risks that impact delivery of the business strategy, customers and the banks engineer.
Key Skills:
This is a Risk Oversight/Programme Manager position and the successful candidate will have;
- Financial services experience involving senior management positions, preferably relating to an operational risk role or programme management role
- Senior Management within a professional environment, preferably where the individual has had to operate effectively within a Matrix structure
- A proven track record of practical risk or high profile programme management within a complex financial services organisation.
- Strong track record of delivery across multiple businesses, involving complex stakeholder, process and technology issues.
- Experience in risk oversight of material change programmes
