Description
Our customer is currently looking for a French speaking SAP CRM Functional Consultant to be involved in the implementation and roll-out of the SAP CRM template.
Key Deliverables:
The SAP CRM Consultant must develop and deploy the SAP solutions through all phases, including analysis, customizing, testing, implementation, and user training, as well as providing technical and functional expertise in the area of SAP CRM.
Responsibilities:
- Participate as team member to large projects, or manage medium projects with limited risks and resources requirements, with limited supervision.
- Optimizes solutions relating to specific project issues.
- Analyzing user requests/needs and translate them into specific business requirements.
- Designing the best solution to meet the requirements using the standard capabilities of the software package.
- Customizing new functionalities.
- Provide ABAP development specifications and follow-up of these developments.
- Unit test the proposed solution or new functionalities.
Knowledge and experience:
- Expert SAP CRM professional with 3 to 8 years of experience (more experienced candidates will also be considered).
- Strong/agile communication skills.
- Strong technical capacity with a good understanding of functional business/supply chain.
- Structured working method/disciplined.
- Fluency in English and French.
