ITO Senior Service Marketing Manager
Responsibilities:
1. Overall responsibility and participation in marketing work about DC/IT Outsourcing service products and solutions, including market insight, offering requirement, market planning, marketing operations, sales support, joint innovation and other related work;
2. Participate in the study and analysis of DC/IT Outsourcing's trends, competitor's situation, new business model and Go-to-market strategy etc.;
3. Participate to DC/IT Outsourcing related services solution to develop marketing materials, pricing, sales enablement, Go-to-market execution and market feedback quality analysis;
4. Practice and support typical customer initial project or customer event;
5. Brand and event marketing activities, such as organizing exhibitions, forums, big event, seminar etc;
Qualification & requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, major in communications, computer or related, more than 6 years experience of ICT industry;
2. More than 5 years experience in Data center/IT infrastructure Service (including system integration and outsourcing);
3. Rich knowledge in IT integration services including architecture, process, tools, methodology and project management;
4. Strong skills in sales/develop/delivery/management in ICT field including Data Center, server/storage/network, security, DR, Cloud computing, Virtualization and corresponding professional services.
5. Familiar with the organization and work process of IT O&M/Planning department of operators.
6. Experience in global top IT companies such as HP IBM Accenture, Cisco and etc. is preferred
7. Widely and deeply insight to the business trend in ICT transformation/Data center consolidation/IT Governance is preferred
8. ITIL or eTOM knowledge's know what and practice, certificated is better;
9. Strong strategic and logical thinking, good communication and team work skills;
10. Good English, able to travel overseas.
