Project: Claims 2.0 - Fire. Implementation of Guidewire Claims Center for Fire.
Our Client:-
Our client is an international consultancy with a reputation for delivering on projects with their consultancy customers. You will join and be part of their team to ensure this current project is a complete success.
Your New role:-
You will anticipate the possible impact of projects or other management initiatives on changes for personnel. You will detail and document the changes, define change management requirements targeting successful change implementations and propose your findings to management (decision makers) and other stakeholders (project managers). You present the approach and the plan required for successful implementation (by the project managers). You will translate this plan in concrete activities in order to have the changes accepted by all involved parties.
After approval of the approach you will define and mobilise the required means and resources for maximum impact (successful change process) and optimized efficiency.
The various activities (stakeholder management, communication and training) will contribute to the success of the project (or of any management decision leading to imoprtant changes - such as service standards according the client pyramid) within defined deadlines and budgets

5. Operational activities (presentation HR, board of directors, training, )
Your Skills and experience:-
Essential Skills:-
Master level or equivalent by experience
+ 5 years experience in a similar role (change or project management), preferably in the insurance sector
