Description
A Customer Quality & Compliance MI Manager is required for a 6-12 month contract based in Central Manchester to start ASAP for a financial services client. As the Customer Quality & Compliance MI Manager you will Implement processes and controls to ensure accurate and timely production, analysis and validation of customer related MI to enable the team to identify risks and issues to the fair treatment of customers.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise a team of customer & quality management information analysts, allocating work, contributing to employee selection and providing coaching and guidance as necessary to ensure the department is capable of delivering against its objectives
- Implement reporting processes to support the production of customer focused management information in line with agreed reporting standards and timetables and identify opportunities to improve the production and use of data to support ongoing improvement
- Build insightful reports for a range of stakeholders which help to 'join the dots' to provide a holistic assessment of the customer experience and bring this to life in all reporting
Required Experience:
- Experience of leading a management information production department for an organisation in a highly-regulated industry (Ideally for a FCA regulated client)
- Experience of leading an analytical team
- Experience of leading a management information production and reporting department for an organisation in the insurance or financial services industry
