Description
Strategic Procurement Specialist required for a Public Sector organisation based in Leeds. This is an initial 5 month contract, Daily Rate .
Previous experience of working in the NHS sectors is advantageous.
Procurement Unit Manager working to the Head of Procurement/Procurement Programme Lead and working in conjunction with the Procurement Programme Manager.
Skills, Knowledge experience
CIPS Level 6 Qualified
Advanced knowledge of procurement strategy
Relevant legislation and NHS and government policies
Experience of managing a wide range of procurements in a public sector environment, OJEU/tender experience, framework call-off
Experience of working in the NHS and knowledge
