IT Service Management Consultant - I have a superb long term contract opportunity for an IT Service Management Consultant working for an amazing organisation in Brussels.
Long term contract for an IT Service Management Consultant with a minimum of 3 years experience working in Installation and Configuration of IT Service Management using Remedy. You should be SC Cleared.
IT Service Management Consultant - My client requires an ITSM Consultant with a minimum of 3 years of experience working with Remedy supported by BMC. You should have In-depth knowledge and operational knowledge of deploying, modifying, and supporting any of the following BMC Remedy solutions;
Workflow components of the BMC/Remedy.
AR and Approvals Servers, engines like Assignment and Emails; Flashboards Solid understanding: BMC Remedy ITSM core applications, BMC Service Level Management, BMC Service Request Management.
BMC Remedy ITSM Process Designer and BMC Atrium Core.
Ability to liaise with business managers, end users and technical specialists.
Good communication skills both oral and written in English
Minimum 3 years Experience
Long term contract (12 months with potential to extend)
