My Client, a growing multinational IT Company, is looking for a confident Unix Systems Administrator to become a key member of a hands-on IT team based in Newcastle.
As the Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring the environment is stable and recoverable and identifying any Single Points of Failure within the environment. You will assess risks and make sure that Engineering and Project activity does not introduce new risks.
You will have a minimum of 2 years working experience with Unix Operations, Infrastructure Services Support and have a strong understanding of both the underlying Infrastructure (SAN, load-balancers etc) and the Tolls Infrastructure.
