SOFTWARE ASSET MANAGEMENT/BUSINESS PROCESS IMPROVEMENT/HAGUE/NATO/SC CLEARANCE

LOCATION - HAGUE

CONTRACT - 70 DAYS+

RATE - €700 DAILY

Skills, knowledge, experience required

1.1.Possesses in-depth knowledge of techniques and methods for mapping/measuring/analysing Software Asset Management (SAM) processes.
1.2.Up-to-date knowledge of common SAM tools: BMC, LANSWEEPER, SCCM, ADDM and toolsets: Agency KM (SharePoint) and BI (VisionWaves, KNIME).
1.3.Experience in organizational/leadership development, management, coaching and training.

Duties/Roles

3.1.Development of NATO enterprise-wide systems and processes to ensure an effective and integrated approach to identifying, capturing, evaluating, retrieving and sharing software use and information assets.
3.2.Responsible for knowledge and data management processes, building KM capacity through training and transfer of knowledge and skills.
3.3.Streamlining of work processes to support the use of current Knowledge Management (KM), Data Management and Business Intelligence (BI) tools.
3.4.Streamlining/recommend changes to processes to support the use of current SW tools to include BMC, LANSWEEPER, SCCM, ADDM and others.
3.5.Identifying, assessing and recommending opportunities to further best practices.
3.6.Identifying and recommending ways to create, share and utilize knowledge within an organisation to contribute to a culture of knowledge sharing among cross-departmental teams to 'institutionalize' SAM practices.
3.7.Propose and coordinate communication and training programs designed to enhance awareness of an organisations' SAM (software asset management) and LM (license management) processes and systems. Designing, planning and implementing SAM and LM initiatives, including organization-wide implementation of programs and events.
