Windows Support Engineer - 6 months - Dublin/Kerry - Approx. €300 per day
My client, a global consultancy, is looking for several Windows Support Engineers to work in both Dublin and Kerry. You will extensive experience of supporting Windows Desktops and Windows Servers and have good knowledge around general Infrastructure support including networking and printers. Ideally you will have worked in the Pharmaceutical sector and have a good understanding of GxP compliance including GdP and GmP.
Responsibilities
- To provide day to day support of the end clients Windows environment including both deskside support and server support
- Support end users with their MS Office and Active Directory queries including configuration, administration and Group Policy management
- Updating of compliance documentation around GxP (Gdp, GmP) and AICL SOP's
- Provide support for onsite printers/Routers/switchers/Firewalls/VoIP
Essential Skills
- Extensive experience of support a Windows environment both deskside and server support
- Experience of supporting/administration of AD, MS Office suite
- Experience of supporting general Infrastructure including networking and printers
- Ideally you will have worked in the pharmaceutical sector before and thus understand GxP Compliance
- Experience of updating compliance documentation
- Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal
