Your tasks:
- Manual tasks in IT Access Management processes (e.g. validation and approval of authorisation requests)
- User support for national and international users regarding IT Access Management processes and tools
- Collaboration with other internal IT departments and external suppliers (e.g. user management or ticket tracking)
- Execution of IT controls defined by audit (e.g. monthly check of department movers)
- User account and permission review (e.g. data preparation and validation, user support, ticket processing and data maintenance during review, provisioning, reporting)
- Document reviews (e.g. IT authorisation concepts)
- Collaboration with internal and external audit (e.g. data delivery and Q&A during financial statement audit)
- Optimisation of internal IT Access Management processes (optional)
- Specification, design and test of new requirements for internal IT Access Management tools (optional)
- Management of small projects and implementation topics (optional)
Your qualifications
- Good experience in IT Access Management or IT processes
- Good experience in IT Access Management and good knowledge of IT processes
- Advanced knowledge of legal and audit-related requirements in the context of IT access management and its implementation in processes and tools
- Expert knowledge of MS Office (especially MS Excel)
- Basic database knowledge (particularly SQL queries) (optional)
- Basic script programming skills (for example VBA, Visual Basic and Powershell scripts) (optional)
- Accuracy, reliability and high quality awareness
- Confident appearance and good communication skills
- Team oriented working
- German and English (advanced – spoken and written)
