We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced CEM Consultant/Manager to work on a long term contract based in Asia.
The CEM Consultant should have at least 15 years experience.
Essential skills for this position:
1. Understanding Customer Lifecycle Journey, CEM service from Telecom Operators perspective, why CEM needed
2. Must have a good understand what the relationship between CEM & Business performance is and the needs
3. CEM related experience, eg.: Churn analysis & prediction, Royalty Mgt, CRM/Call Center Mgt, Net Promoter Score (NPS) Mgt,
4. E2E Network Optimization, Network Performance Management
5. Strongly understand CEM related Business Process
6. Understand Prime CEM Solutions in Telecom Industry
7. Understand Business Development/Sales Support experience is also a must
8. Strong Key Customers Relationship plus
