My client, a market leading organisation are looking for a Commercial Operations Project Manager to join their current team on an initial 6 month contract.
Contract role
Location - Surrey
Duration - 6 Months
Start date: ASAP
Daily rate: Market rate, please quote
You will need experience in:
*Understand key areas of services to be able to own back-office project management without high levels of supervision
*Execute an agreed project plan following up with key partners to ensure quality/standards met
*Report / status updates on projects being executed in a clear, concise and timely manner
*Action tracking, follow-up and aiding colleagues understanding of tasks to ensure meeting tight project timelines
*Attend project meetings to facilitate and record the agreements between the country and enabling partner functions.
*Ensure accountability of actions is clear within set projects/goals
*Collaborate & align with SMS country teams to ensure quality implementation of projects in a timely fashion and ensure solutions meet business needs
*Prepare project materials, training, communication aids to a high state of readiness in a creative style using a varied range of methods to appeal to different audiences.
*Maintain strong relationship with relevant stakeholders
*Integrate into the team and act as a strong team player looking for opportunities to assist other team members in achieving goals
*Be able to lead medium to complex projects from requirements stage - assessing data outputs and defining project scope, deliverables and tracking
*Run workshops or focus sessions on roadmap / continuous improvement projects ensuring high quality input obtained from key Subject Matter Experts
*Be an effective team member in work to analyse our future state services and how we can grow our applications or services to continuously improve the way we meet business requirements
