Senior Test coordinator- Banking, Dutch OR French Speaking
My client is a multinational IT consultancy currently working on a project with a major European Bank based in Brussels, Belgium. They are looking for an experienced Senior Test coordinator- Banking, Dutch OR French Speaking.
Languages: English AND Dutch OR French.
Hard Skills:
- Senior profile having lead/coordinate several complex Test Campaigns.
- Coordinates both IT & business testing with the same team: understanding the Technical impact of business requirements.
- Payments knowledge.
- Setup and maintain a project in QC.
- Full right-leg V model deliverables: test strategy, test analysis, test execution, test data, test report.
Soft Skills:
- Ability to micro manage the test team (daily huddle, continuous status updates).
- Ability to set correct priorities for the test team.
- Ability to not get lost in the many exotic scenarios of a complex payment engine.
- Ability to coop with continuous change (changing deadlines, changing requirements, changing team, changing priorities).
- Special attention to be able to deal with changing scope with different stakeholders. (project scope, IPAS evolutions, BAU evolutions, monthly releases, production incidents).
- Ability to be SPOC in relation to test team, development team (local/offshore), project management, asset team.
- Ability to deal with an almost non-stop stream of questions/validation requests.
- Ability to deal with different off-shore, near-shore, on-shore & in-house partners.
