Description
Nicholas Bernard seek a SAP Support Lead/Manager who can lead the support, testing and training activities at our customer in the Marseille region. The position is English speaking with French a bonus.
Capability to produce the following deliverables:
Identify the source of the anomalies
- Responsible for ticket modification or correction
- During the delivery of the modification or the correction, to make the necessary tests
- The requests of modification or corrections must be finalized to be put in production
- Update of the requests of modification or corrections created and enclosed as well as the associated schedule
- Update of authorizations in SAP
- Update of the documentation of training
- Dispense the trainings for SAP-EC2 or SAP-BIP (Business Warehouse): planning and realization
- Update of the list of the trained people
