My client, a leading retail bank, are looking for a Finance Manager to work out of their Chester offices on a 3 month term contract basis.

The Finance Manager will be responsible for assisting with the elimination of dormant or surplus subsidiary legal entities within the bank.

The successful Business Change Project Manager will have the following:

- Assist in the management of the plan for a portfolio of eliminations.

- Build strong relationships with Business Areas and Support Functions (across a wide range of functions), anticipate issues and proactively find solutions in advance of any deadlines.

- Complete Due Diligence Questionnaires for all legal entities identified for elimination.

- Ensure that issues, risks, assumptions and dependencies are identified and managed.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Finance Manager to join a challenging project with extensions into the later half of 2016 possible.
