Description

The client I am currently recruiting for are a consultancy in London's Docklands area and they are looking for a Business Process Analyst to work on a project for a leading public sector European client.

I am looking for a Business Performance Analyst with strong experience in IT processes and someone who has experience in improving the IT processes in major international organisations.

Experience:

5+ years of Business Performance Analyst experience

1+ year of working for a pharmaceutical or public sector company (would be a plus)
  • Knowledge of formal business process notations
  • Knowledge of use cases
  • Must be happy in performing Business Analysis in an IT Maintenance context
  • Demonstrate the knowledge of standard modelling notations
  • Demonstrate sufficient knowledge of business case
  • Must be comfortable using Visio
Desirable certifications
Certified Expert in BPM
Six Sigma Black Belt
BABoK

Competences:
Proven business process analyst skills, result oriented ideally within a challenging international environment
Analytical approach and must be extremely organised and able to handle and priorities multiple tasks
Ability to define business architectures
Expertise in integration of information systems into the business environment
Good interpersonal skills both one to one and in small and large committees
Ability to link non-IT users and IT technical staff in a way that both clearly understand
Ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, including executives, managers, operational staff and subject matter experts in the scientific, legal and regulatory areas

Location: London's Dockland area

Rate: €400

6 months contract then will get extended year by year for 3 years.
