SAP Change Manager

The SAP Change Manager is a key member of the programme team working in both a hands-on and advisory capacity. The role is responsible for making sure that the work and projects undertaken adhere to good Change Management principles and Approach, and is proactive, requiring the job holder to work with both project and business stakeholders to understand the nature of specific changes and identify appropriate interventions to support implementation.
The main responsibilities that client are looking for are:
- Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools.
- Exceptional communication skills - both written and verbal.
- Excellent active listening skills.
- Ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences.
- Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal.
- Able to work effectively at all levels in an organization.
- Experience with large-scale organizational change effort
Key requirements:
- 10 -15 years experience with SAP is required.
- Prior global SAP implementation experience is a must
- Local applicants only
- French speaker would be highly desirable.
