Cisco ACI Consultant/Expert required to deliver training and technical support.
Location: France
Duration: 5 days x 2 sessions on customer site.
French speaking is a plus
The scope of this project will required the following:
On Site Training
Presentation of the ACI Platform
Description of the technical characteristics and the Cisco documentation
Description of hardware configurations deployed by SFR (leaf, spine, controller)
Description of the software features deployed by SFR (switching inter-fabric InterconnecT, switching inter-leaf, the ACI control, VLAN configuration)
Architectural Overview (call flow, routing)
Presentation of the platform Lab
Practical exercises on the platform Lab (trace analysis, use of logs, introduction to troubleshooting, fail over, incidents event managements)
Maintenance Procedures (basic hardware replacements, contracts, TAC access)
2. Accompaniment
This service is a technical support which aims to enable SFR employees to acquire the skills mandatory for the handling of the ACI platform.
Duration: 20 consecutive days (4 weeks) on-site
Scope:
Monitoring the scalability of ACI platform in operational conditions
Transfer of Best Cisco's Practices (sanity checks, audits, debugging, ...)
Support to the implementation of operational documentation (record/operating manual, troubleshooting guide)
Support to the ACI integration in SFR tools (Workshops, Q & A)
Duration: 20 consecutive days (4 weeks) on-site
