I have an excellent opportunity for a Sales Analyst with a leading Information Services company providing information, services and technology for the healthcare industry.
Role
He/she will work across the entire UK and Ireland to provide operational support and contribute to revenue growth through the effective implementation of sales initiatives/projects.
The successful candidate will be working in a fun and friendly environment where the successful candidate will be joining a truly reputed company
Main Responsibilities
-Sales operations initiatives including customer relationship management, customer satisfaction programme, sales development and sales operation infrastructure projects
-Involved in opportunity management tracking by providing frequent reports on the sales cycle
-Reporting progress in opportunity management tracking and highlighting potential dangers on opportunities
-Provides input to reports for the sales leadership and community, and assisting with client specific proposals
-Provide service, consulting and business lines function along with coordination of sales operation activities/projects
-Document and coordinate deal processes and system rollouts ensuring appropriate follow up on actions leading to the seamless execution of plans
-Support local KAMs (key account managers) on deal construction and report accordingly to sales leadership
Skills/Requirements
-Good knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry
-Minimum 4 years' experience in sales/service or marketing
-Experience of working with or within a commercial team or supporting a commercial team
-A commercial or financial background
-Proficient user of CRM/Salesforce, Hyperion, SAP and Excel preferred
-Strong interpersonal and communication skills at all levels within an organisation
