What does the job involve?
You&rsquoll work as part of team and will be responsible for achieving specific sales targets (KPI&rsquos) by maximizing sales opportunities on each and every call that you take
You will need to use a broad range of selling techniques by asking appropriate questions and matching the right product to the customer's needs offering solutions which will deliver a first time resolution
Maintaining a broad knowledge of products, pricing, promotions and procedures following a detailed training programme, which is then supported by ongoing coaching and training
Participating in activities designed to improve customer satisfaction and sales performance
The Position
£14 basic commission, rising to £14,508 after 6 months service / £14,508 starting basic commission (over 25&rsquos)
Monday - Wednesday 12pm &ndash 8pm, Thursday 11am &ndash 7pm, Friday 10am &ndash 6pm. No weekends
Contacting customers regarding their home insurance / renewals
2 years employment / education history &ndash must be able to evidence all gaps within this time frame
Experience within a target driven environment / retail exp considered &ndash good tenure within previous roles
