Description
Our client, a global financial services organisation, are looking to appoint a Recruitment Analyst to assist with recruitment activity within a growing team in Bradford on a temporary basis.
Main Responsibilities:
- Recruitment performance reporting and monitoring operational performance
- Ensuring recruitment activity is in line with contractual terms
- Liaising with suppliers
- Sharing MI and forecasting
- Resource planning and managing a specific project ensuring 100% fulfillment
Key Skills Required:
- Must be extremely proficient in Excel and able to create reports
- Must be able to communicate at all levels and be comfortable with stakeholder management
- Able to work at a fast pace
- Flexible to travel to other locations if required
