Description

Our client is currently looking for a Market Access Manager. This would be a for a 6 month contract in central Switzerland. The company is an internationally established company with the mission to grow and develop further. If you want to be part of a pioneering team and make a real difference in peoples life's, this is your chance. They are looking for someone with the following skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Initiate the most effective and timely strategy to obtain market access for products in Switzerland
  • Propose and implement the agreed local market access strategy until reimbursement publication and during the life cycle of the product by working closely withe varies departments
  • Collect local data for the customization of Health economic models and publications to support market access strategies


Qualifications:
  • Preferably a degree as MD or a Master of Science or Economics
  • Relevant experience in the Healthcare environment
  • Solid project management skills for multiple tasks/projects/priorities and complex issues to propose innovative solutions
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English. Preferably good verbal communication skills in French
  • Strong cross-functional leadership within the organization and ability to drive and influence peers in complex (matrix) organization
  • Value-based negotiation skills and convincing communication style
