Description
Project Manager - Access Management wanted for our Zurich based client in the banking sector.Your experience/skills:
- Minimum 5 years proven track record as a Project / Program Manager, preferably in big matrix organizations / the banking sector
- Solid knowledge of Project Lifecycle principles and standards
- Good knowledge of the principles of access management
- PMI or PMP certification would be an advantage
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken
Your tasks:
- Managing all aspects of a program / project, which includes project planning, execution, timing, quality, cost and early identification of potential issues
- Manage a team of experienced Project Managers, either directly or as part of a matrix organization, ensuring efficient use of resources
- Providing stakeholders with transparent, accurate and regular information related to the program status
- Designing and operating an effective control environment to embed risk awareness as well as identifying and raising control deficiencies
- Ensuring that processes, deliverables and responsibilities are fully aligned with strategic priorities as well as standards and regulations
