Employee Relations Specialist - Contract - 3-6 months - Immediate start - Reading
- In-depth understanding of UK and Ireland ER case law with the ability to manage a variety of different cases from start to finish
- Experience of creating policies and procedures and training material on ER policies
- Experience of TUPE
A large and evolving Telecommunications client is looking for an Employee Relations Specialist to join their team for an initial 3-6 month contract basis.
This is an excellent opportunity to work within a busy and demanding environment and to develop your existing skill set.
You will be expected to take complete ownership of a busy and varying case load which will include covering a variety of different employee relations issues such as:
- Sickness absence
- Performance management
- Disciplinaries
- Grievances
- TUPE
- Redundancies
