Description
Meeting Services Coordination Specialist wanted for our Client in Basel.Your experience/skills:
- At least 2 years' experience in event planning and/or conferencing services
- Solid background in technical event planning, webcast consulting and video conferencing (strong technical understanding in conferencing technologies is a must)
- Excellent communication skills with verified ability to interact cross-cultural
- Team player with a strong customer and service orientation as well as a good communicator who works independently and manages time efficiently
- Languages: fluent English and German both written and spoken, additional language skills would be a big plus
Your tasks:
- Coordinating webcasts, planning local technical events and video conferences for the customer
- Providing advice to the customer to use the right technology for their meetings
- Supporting the customers in technical preparation of large events
- Collaborating with global video conference services
- Documenting problems and incidents related to Meeting Services by using a ticketing system (HPSM)
