Role Overview:

Lead the vendor management team in Ireland
-
Direct management of the relationship along with the strategic vendors as will be defined occasionally by my client program leads.

Keep vendor/sub-contractors service level up-to-date according to the business units' needs
-
Maximize the vendors' outputs, and enforce implementation of their scope of work along with the current vendor management team members
-
Ensure delivery according to agreed contractual commitments (costs, timelines and quality measures)

Handle business challenges, solve obstacles and hedge risks Ensure contractual compliance of all impacted vendors, both as a Managing Agent and for Direct Sub-contractors.
Key responsibilities
- Define the team professional KPIs and main goals
-
Ensure all vendors (either subcontractors or managed 3rd party) are effectively engaged, classified and mapped to the program.

Ensure adequate contractual agreement are in place with each vendor of the program within the requirement timeframe

To implement governance process, procedures and tools to ensure contractual adherence.

To identify, assess, escalate, monitor, control and report on contractual risks and issues
-
To facilitate the resolution of contractual risks and issues.

Ensure vendors fulfilling its obligations in respect of the contract, such as KPIs, deadlines, general communication and exchange of agreed information.

Monitor and audit activities against the contract to identify common compliancy issues and propose improvement opportunities

Effectively communicate with all program managers (customer, delivery, vendors)

Resolve conflicts between all parties, managed and monitor escalations.

Effectively and proactively communicate with vendors, amdocs account executives (Program management, service partner, customer business executives)
Critical Experience
-
10 + years of in program/vendor management (preferably in telecom industry)
-
Experience with managing team
-
experience in leading commercial engagement and SOW's
-
Ability to influence and implement processes, proactive approach
-
Excellent communication and presentation skills
-
Leadership skills, and self-motivation
