Description
Portland Resourcing are currently looking for a SAP PP Support Consultant, initially 6 month contract, based in Italy.
This is a part time role (3x per week). Occasional travel to Asia Pac will be required.
Main responsibilities/skills
- Providing first line support for Post Go live
- Working with Shift Manager to ensure SAP issues are resolved
- Creation of how to guides and Quick Reference Guides for transactions for end user
- Trouble-shooting specific problems for end user
- Advising end users on new technology and developing best practice
- Delivering training to end users
- Italian speaking is a must for this role
