Workday Data Lead - London - up to 12 months
My client, based in Central London, have given me the exclusive opportunity to recruit a team for an upcoming Greenfield Workday implementation on a Global scale. This role is likely to be a 12 initial month contract opportunity for a Workday Data Lead starting this month.
You will be responsible for collating and cleansing data from the current HR systems to uploading the data in the correct format onto Workday.
Experience required:
- Extensive experience leading the Data Migration activities on a Global Workday implementation is essential
- Experience working hands on with data migrations, extracting and cleansing data on Workday or other HCM SaaS Solutions
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Extensive Stakeholder Management experience at all levels
